Son of Mary Jane and the late Gerald William Agnew, of Guernsey. Educated at Elizabeth College, Guernsey.

Died of wounds July 27th 1918, aged 22 years.

Born February 9th 1896. Private, Tank Corps. Enlisted in Royal North Devon Hussars at outbreak of war just after leaving school. Transferred to Machine Gun Corps; transferred to Tank Corps; served in France for fifteen months.
