Born at Leicester. Son of Charles & Sarah Allen.
Husband of married Beatrice Louise Mitchell. Lived at
various addresses in St Peter Port from 1910. Employed
by Fruit Export Co. Enlisted at Guernsey.
Took part in operations at Suvla Bay in the Dardanelles
where he became seriously ill.
Died at Highfield Hall Military Hospital, Southampton,
from Aortic Aneurysm & Pneumonia, aged 35 years.
