Son of David and M. A. Powell, of 7, River Terrace, Pengam; husband of Jane Powell, of 19, Hanbury St., Pengam, Cardiff. Born in Pengan, Mon. Enlisted in Bargoed, Mon.

Killed in action, aged 42 years
