Son of Edgar Charles and Louisa Jane Topp (nee Ogier), of Dorset Villa, Bordeaux, Guernsey. Born at Poole, Dorset.

Lost, aged 20 years

The steamship Trewyn, with a cargo of ore from Algiers for Middlesborough, passed Gibralter on March 25th 1916, and was never heard of again. The steamship Governor sighted some wreckage and a lifebuoy bearing the names Trewyn - St. Ives about a week later.
