Born at St Peter Port, Guernsey in 1889. Died in 1968. Son of Guernsey born Charles Henry Fowler and Alderney born Martha Smith. Husband of Margaret Ann Fowler.

 

A regular soldier, he served in South Africa and was wounded at Gallipoli, awarded a Silver War Medal and discharged on 03/07/1916.
