Brother of Soldat Jean Baptiste Goasdoué. They lived and farmed at Les Raies, St Saviour, Guernsey. The family moved to Guernsey in 1895

Died from tuberculosis in 1937 in Guernsey

Took part in the battle for Verdun for 16 months.
