QSA, KSA, 1914-15 Star and Coronation 1911 medal ribbons.
So likely a 1919 photo.
In addition he has the Scarlet lanyard of the RAMC
and he would be a Medical instructor with 4 years
service blue chevrons difficult to say but they look
the same colour, maximum of 5 service chevrons. He also
has a pin through is shirt behind his tie. Warrant Officers
would be allowed to do this.
