Son of Corporal William Baxter Smart

He was wounded in his back & thigh on 01/09/1918 and his left leg was amputated

He enlisted in 1916 and was demobilised in 1919.

He died at Erin, Ontario, Canada and his body was donated to Toronto Faculty of Medicine
