Royal Guernsey Light Infantry

Part of Reinforcement 1, transferring to France 24th October 1917. Remained in France with Details Battalion at the end of the war.

Born in 1885 at Sark. Son of Walter Vibert and Adelina Decaudevilles.

Married Mary Drillot.

Brother of Winter, Edward, Lilian, Lena, Maud, May and Clifford. Father of Charles.

Died in 1974 aged 88.
Lived at Rondellerie Lane and Rue Lucas, Sark.

Occupation prior to enlisting – fisherman.


Member of Methodist Chapel Sunday School. Member Sark British Legion.
