No. 1386 Private Joseph Duquemin, Royal Guernsey Light
Infantry.
Served with honour and was disabled in the Great War.
Honourably discharged on September 20th 1918.
He was wounded and had to have one leg amputated above
the knee. However, he went back to Guernsey and lived
in St Sampson's, Guernsey until his death in about 1973
(aged 84).
